Tiffany's moving back to Springfield. I'm running my ass off trying to find a place to live. By myself. That's cheap.

It doesn't exist.

We have until Saturday to move out.

In two days, I'm going to be homeless.

Yay me.

have you been served with court papers on the eviction? usually they cant do it with 5 days notice.

A landlord may not evict a tenant without a court order. The landlord may begin eviction proceedings if a tenant:

* Damages property.
* Fails to pay rent.
* Violates terms of the lease.
* Injures the lessor or another tenant.
* Allows drug-related criminal activity on the premises.
* Fails to vacate at the end of the lease term.
* Gambles illegally on the property.

The tenant will receive a notice that an eviction lawsuit has been filed and will have the opportunity to be heard in court before any eviction.

the apartments i live in are pretty cheap-525 a month, with two beds rooms and a garage, and washer dryer hookups. it is next to grants farm-close to webster groves and close to 55/270/44 great location!

I'm pretty sure there's vacancies in my building. $425 per month for a 1 bedroom with a dishwasher and coin laundry in the building. If you're interested, let me know and I can get you the management company's number. It's Bellington Realty who owns the building.
