Tiffany's moving back to Springfield. I'm running my ass off trying to find a place to live. By myself. That's cheap.

We have until Saturday to move out.

In two days, I'm going to be homeless.

Good: Get to hang with Lauren and Crystal tomorrow.
Good: Going to Anime St. Louis/Show Me Con.
Good: Going to TNA Lockdown, get to meet Jerrod face-to-face for the first time in five years at said event.
Bad: Got evicted, got five days to move out or pay off the lawyers.

Good outweighs the bad. I'd call that a win.

Only one more final left to go after today, then I get a break until March 12. I can doooo eeet.

I finally enjoyed an episode of Heroes again. 24 was, per usual, very good last night, even with the inclusion of that snake-in-the-grass former president.

Had to make a tic-tac-toe game in VB.NET. So we code it, run it, and... the second button is possessed. Spent over an hour trying to get it to work. Fun times.

Now I have 25 minutes until I leave on the field trip for the class. I'm going to be starving by the time I get home.

Finals are going to kill me.

Now that I've taken a shower and feel like making a more coherent post, I think I will.

Heroes. Oh Heroes. What happened to you? While 24 has been good as usual, you are the show that has been blowing me out of the water this season. And yet last night's episode... It was okay, but nothing that made me go "OMGWTF?!", while 24 had at least three moments like that. Here's hoping that the next episode will be back to its usual omgwtf plot twists.

Now I go watch Nodame Cantabile and then leave for school.

No sleep.

Midterms in computer programming. Fun times. The written portion wasn't that bad, though, so hopefully the coding part goes as well.

Back decided it would start up hurting me again. At least I had two weeks of reprieve from that.

I finally feel not-tired for the first time since I got back up here. Yesterday was my last day of class until Friday, so Tiff and I went and rented a bunch of movies and ended up doing nothing but watch them yesterday. Still have to watch Black Dahlia out of the ones that are due back today.

Thinking of making a music rotation journal. Also thinking of doing 20 facts on my RR characters. But for now, I go eat breakfast.

Went down to Springfield for Tiff's dad's memorial service, right? Left Friday after class. Friday night, power went out. 90% of Springfield was without power on Saturday, and that was before the other two of the three storms that were supposed to come through. Saturday night it rained more, leaving more ice behind on trees and powerlines. On Friday, the tree in the front yard lost a few branches. One of them whacked off my driver's side mirror and knocked in my mom's driver's side headlight. Fortunately, it didn't do any more damage than that. Also fortunately, St. Louis didn't get hit nearly as bad, so we still have power here.

Now I head to computer programming class. Fun times.

Taking a small semi-hiatus until Sunday. Tiff's dad died yesterday, and I'm just emotionally and physically worn out from everything that's happened in the past two weeks.

Got FFXII for another five days. I'm determined to finish it before I have to return it.

Still home alone. Tiff's in Springfield to be with her dad. He's in really bad health, and if the doctors can't do something for him tomorrow or Wednesday, they said he'll probably die before the end of the week. I feel bad, but all I can really do is sit and wait for news.

Something less depressing, school continues to go well. The only thing that's remotely hard is the computer programming class. VB.NET needs to go jump off a cliff far, far away from me.

Tiff still hasn't got back to St. Louis yet. I hope her dad's doing okay.

Rented Obscure and FFXII yesterday, both for the second time. FFXII is eating my life. I think I should have leveled more. Stupid powerful monsters. RR continues to be awesome, might make another post in it later. Still have math homework that's due tomorrow. Remember to do that, self.

Totally need more sleep. I probably look like the only gay Eskimo in my tribe a raccoon. Raccoon. Raccoon City. You know you're a Resident Evil fan when you have RE4 for both Gamecube and PS2 (the PS2 version was ten bucks at Circuit City). Sidetracked. Uh. Oh yeah. Sleep. Fortunately I have the easy class today (drawing) so I won't have to work my brain much. RR has been interesting so far, I'm enjoying the wide variety of characters. My brain just stalled, so I think that's it for now.

Chocolate Special K is awesome.

Back in St. Louis. Made good time, and I didn't get rained on until I got nearer to the city. Was gonna post to RR, but saw that it had exploded while I wasn't looking, so I think I'll wait a while. Got home to find Anthony got me Fearless and Tiff got me a Mortal Kombat shirt and something Hello Kitty. None of us have figured out what it is yet. Is it a keychain? A necklace? A really small belt? At any rate, it's cute. And I smell supper cooking, so I am going to go eat.

For everyone on my flist, have a great New Year's Eve, and a great New Year, barring any hangovers.

- A court date because of the rent situation, January 2nd, which is my first day back at school and if I go to court instead of school I get dropped from that class automatically

Varis, I'm sorry to hear about your dad, and I hope everything works out for the best.

I will still be here, the same as ever. Even if all my friends betray me, leave me, talk about me behind my back, whatever, I will still care about them because there was something that made me want to be friends with them in the first place. That doesn't mean I will allow myself to be walked over. I have been there and done that before, I'm not going through it again.\

All of this aside, I hope everyone had a good Christmas, and will have a good New Year.
